Digilab team was creating many innovative proof of concepts (PoCs), but there was no easy way for clients to sign up, access, and test these solutions independently. This gap slowed down feedback collection and reduced client engagement with the latest innovations.

The task was to create a Business Portal that would allow clients to explore, sign up, and test the company’s latest PoCs in a self-service manner, making it easier for them to engage with new solutions and provide valuable feedback.

We developed a user-friendly Business Portal that included automated sign-up processes, access controls, and step-by-step guides to help clients get started quickly. The portal was designed to showcase available PoCs, provide detailed descriptions, and facilitate easy access to testing environments.

The Business Portal increased client interaction and feedback by allowing them to independently explore and test PoCs. This accelerated the feedback loop, enabling faster improvements and quicker market validation for new ideas. The portal also strengthened client relationships by giving them direct access to the company’s latest innovations.
