Durplastics frequently attended industry fairs relied on outdated methods such as paper catalogs, business cards, and handwritten forms to capture client details. Sales representatives manually entered collected data into the company’s ERP system, which was time-consuming, prone to errors, and often delayed follow-up actions with potential clients.

The task was to create a digital solution that would modernize the sales process, allowing sales representatives to present catalogs digitally, collect client information efficiently, and securely sync data with the company’s ERP system in real-time.

I developed an Android app that allowed sales reps to display digital catalogs and videos, offering a modern, interactive way to engage potential clients. The app included a simple form for quickly capturing client details, which could sync directly with the company’s ERP system or save the data for later synchronization when an internet connection was available. I also implemented security measures such as data encryption to protect sensitive client information during transfer and storage.

The app transformed the sales process by reducing manual data entry time by 70% and minimizing errors. Sales reps no longer needed to carry bulky paper catalogs, and client data was securely captured and synced, leading to a 20% increase in client engagement at fairs.
